The Book of Ephesians Pt. 4
The Apostle Paul closes his message to the Ephesians with an exhortation to “be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.” We are called to a spiritual battle and are fully equipped by God with every resource needed to be victorious in life.
In Part 4 of this four-part series, Dr. Price tells us the purpose for the whole armor of God.
We do not struggle with human adversaries, but with satanic powers in the unseen world against which we are powerless except through the aid of God’s armor.
There is a clearly defined structure in the invisible realm of principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness and hosts; Satan rules these spirits.
It is up to the Believer to oppose invisible powers with God’s armor, which is not just for defensive protection, but also for offensive action.
Each piece of this spiritual armor mirrors a part of the battle dress of the Roman soldier and is not just for defensive protection, but also for offensive action.
Prayer is the capstone of the Believer’s armor. It is to be his uninterrupted pursuit until victory is fully manifested.
