The Book of Philippians Pt. 2
The Apostle Paul exhorted believers to be “likeminded, having the same love,” being one in spirit and purpose (Philippians 2:2). This is possible only by adopting the attitude Jesus displayed when, “He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross” (Philippians 2:8). Humility was the doorway to exaltation for Jesus and it is the way to fulfillment for the believer.
In Part 2 of this six-part series, Dr. Price continues the subject of death relative to life.
The cross was the doorway by which Jesus’ spirit and soul could leave His body.
Physical death is the separation of the spirit and soul from the body.
Jesus did not commit sin but was, in fact, made to be sin (2 Corinthians 5:21).
